Before I came to Diet Center, I was not happy with myself. I was worried about my high blood pressure and strong family history of diabetes.
What really impressed me most about Diet Center was it was a nutritionally based diet. Since I have lost my weight I feel incredible. I have went from size 14 to size 7. My cholesterol level has went from 200 to 124. I now feel that I am healthier than I was 10 years ago and that feels great. I recommend Diet Center to everyone I meet and I appreciate everything Donna and Tressia have taught me.
